Aman Saluja, CPA

Mr. Aman Saluja brings over 11 years of experience in public accounting, finance, and venture capital, with specialized expertise in PCAOB audits, SEC reporting, financial analysis, and risk management. He has managed assignments involving complex accounting structures and financial modeling.

Since joining SCAN Group in 2018, Mr. Saluja has led the US Offshore Auditing & Accounting Vertical, managing a team of over 20 professionals. He has overseen multiple PCAOB audit assignments, collaborating with CPA firms to ensure compliance with US auditing standards and regulatory requirements. 

He guides his team on updates in accounting standards and audit regulations, and manages bookkeeping for clients in industries such as real estate and electric vehicles. He also coordinates with auditors and assists clients in preparing accurate financial statements and ASC-compliant documentation.

Before joining SCAN Group, Mr. Saluja was a Financial Analyst at Truedigital Ventures Global Investors & Venture Capitalist from June 2022 to December 2022. He analyzed business models, prepared financial projections, and advised corporate clients on financial strategies.

Earlier, Mr. Saluja was an Associate Credit Auditor at Yes Bank from March 2016 to November 2017, where he analyzed the financial performance of corporate and institutional units. He conducted credit monitoring, prepared audit reports, and reviewed risk management procedures for domestic and international business units.
