Ms. Lin has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and consulting, as well as audit and assurance services for both publicly traded and privately held companies in the United States, China, and Taiwan. Prior to joining Simon & Edward, Ms. Lin served as a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG Taiwan. She has significant experience in providing professional CPA services to clients of varying sizes, from small private businesses to multinational corporations.  

Ms. Lin has worked extensively with the Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements, preparing comment letters to assist management in enhancing their systems of internal accounting controls, developing policy and procedure manuals, and collaborating with clients’ accounting departments and audit staff to effectively plan engagements for efficient completion. Additionally, she has conducted research on a variety of complex accounting and SEC compliance issues related to initial public offerings, registration statements, reverse mergers, and private placements across various industries, with a strong focus on international business based in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
