Sundra W. Zhao, CPA

Ms. Lin has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing for both publicly traded and privately held companies in the United States, China, and Taiwan. Prior to joining Simon & Edward, Ms. Lin served as a Senior Audit Manager in KPMG Taiwan. Ms. Lin has significant experience assisting clients ranging in size from small private business to multi-national corporations. 

Ms. Lin has worked extensively with the Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements, preparing comment letters for use by management to improve their systems of internal accounting controls, developing policy and procedures manuals, and working with the clients’ accounting department and the audit staff to properly plan the engagement to provide for its effective and efficient completion. Ms. Lin has also conducted research on a variety of complex accounting and SEC compliance issues related to initial public offerings, registration statements, reverse mergers, and private placements in a variety of industries and especially in international business based in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
